I draw on relational, process-experiential, and yogic approaches to psychotherapy.  I ground these in  systemic ways of understanding experience, which includes an awareness of how oppression works in social systems, structures and relationships.  I also ground my work within a comprehensive trauma perspective in which I am particularly attuned to traumatic processes within the mind and body, and how these echo and respond to oppressive practices in the world around us.

These approaches give shape to  particular ways of listening that I practice.
