The psychotherapy I offer supports you to (re)discover, experience and cultivate specific habits (or practices) of mind, body, emotion and relationship that will carry you through life challenges and strengthen your relationship to self and others.  Practices might include body awareness, relational mindfulness, tracking internal ‘voices’ or parts, and more.  I have helped others in this way to grieve; navigate difficult moments of panic, rage, anxiety, depression, or cycling between these; undertake important transitions in life; slacken the hold of relational and systemic trauma within themselves and in their relationships with others, and more.
