Welcome
I offer practice-based psychotherapy to support you through life’s challenges, and deepen your connection to self and others. I work with you to (re)discover, experience and cultivate specific habits (or practices) of mind, body, emotion and relationship that help you with this. I have supported others in this way to grieve; navigate difficult moments of panic, rage, anxiety, depression, or cycling between these; undertake important transitions in life; slacken the hold of relational and systemic trauma within themselves and in their relationships with others, and more.

I also offer experiential, reflexive clinical supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists.
The frameworks I use are trauma-informed, and grounded in relational (interpersonal/intersubjective), process-experiential, and somatic (sensorimotor, yogic) practice within a critical psychology perspective that centers experience, meaning and identity within systems of power and oppression.
I have been practicing psychotherapy for over 12 years.
